In Essex we have been involved in many conversion projects, such as converting redundant office space into a flat and repurposing agricultural barns for new commercial uses.

Dilly's Florist, Maldon
The upper floors of a former early 19th Century coach house which had been used for both office space and retail were converted by JADC Architect Studio into a 2 bedroom mezzanine flat.

Power Cheer, Maldon
A former grain store is converted for use as a cheerleading facility. JADC Architect Studio secured change of use planning approval for this conversion.
