This project, a remodel of a three-storey townhouse in London Colney, involved reconfiguring the ground floor to create a spacious kitchen and dining area.
A striking foyer was also introduced, connecting seamlessly to the property’s main staircase.
Close collaboration with the main contractor was instrumental to the project’s success.
Maintaining a hands-on approach throughout was crucial, ensuring timely responses to site queries and regular visits to facilitate smooth progress and the effective resolution of on-site challenges.
